to obtain services. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received.

GoodBunny Publishers provides professional services, including but not limited to:

- Editing and proofreading
- Illustration and cover design
- Printing and formatting
- Book video trailers
- Publishing and distribution
- Marketing and promotional support

3. Revision Policy
- Revisions must align with the original scope of the order.
- Requests outside the initial instructions may incur additional charges.
- The number of included revisions depends on the selected service package.
4. Refund Policy
Change of Mind
- 100% refund if the project has not started.
- Partial refund may apply if work has begun and cancellation is requested within 24 hours.
- No refunds once deliverables are submitted or revisions have started.
Unsatisfactory Delivery
- Refunds may be considered if the final product deviates significantly from agreed requirements.
- Before a refund, unlimited revisions and up to three project manager or team changes will be offered.
Late Delivery
- Standard turnaround: 10–15 business days.
- If delays occur due to our fault on three occasions, a refund may be requested.
How to Request a Refund
Refund Timeframe
- Refunds must be requested before project completion.
- Requests after completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for minor issues such as:
- Small grammar or formatting errors (fixable through revisions).
- Word count differences or stylistic preferences.
Partial refunds or service credits may be offered in such cases.
5. Intellectual Property
By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have rights to all submitted materials.
GoodBunny Publishers is not responsible for copyright infringement claims.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and materials.
No content will be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
GoodBunny Publishers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including sales or bestseller rankings.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of courts in New York.
9. Updates to These Terms
GoodBunny Publishers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately
